7) Per drawing E4-02 dated 9/25/98: (DELETED) A Add one (1) 200amp 3 pole and one (1) 70amp 3 pole breaker in EDPL-23E. B. Delete one (1) 3 pole lOOamp breaker in EDPL-23E C. Revise panel ULP-23W and ULP-R from 3 phase 4 wire to 1 phase three wire, D Add one (1) 50amp 2 pole breaker in panel ELP-23C1. £. Delete two (2) 15amp 1 pole breakers in panel ELP-23C1.

Ail panels have been delivered and installed with the branch circuitry and feeders. Panel EDPL23-E will have to be replaced in its entirety. All branch and feeder wiring will be removed and then re-installed. Panel ULP23W & R will also have to be replaced. New panels win be provided and re-installed. New breakers will be installed for panel ELP-23C-1.

This above work has been changed by Cosentini's sketches F$K-2, 3.4, 7 and 9 as per the following wiring changes and fusing changes;

- Re-route eight (8) 1-pole circuits from ELP 23C to ELP 23C1 and add one (1) 3-pole 100A CB to ELP 23C - EDPL-23E - Add one (1) 3-pole 70A CB - ELP - 23W- Delete three (3) one pole 15 A CB’s and one (1) 3-pole 70 A CB - Change wiring for UPS s from 2#1, 2 #2 and 1 #250 MCM to 3 #4, 1 #2/0 and 2 #4, - ELP R - Delete three (3) 1-pole 15 A CB's - ELP R - Add one (1) 3-pole 50A and one (1) 3-pole 70A - Downsize fusing in feeder disconnect from 150A to 70A, - As per FSK-8 add one (1) speaker/strobe Electrical Cost ..$3,800.00 Subtotal Electrical Cost $17,065,00 Additional Cut and Patch . 1.500.00 Subtotal $18,565.00 General Conditions 1,485,00 Overhead and Fee 1,203.00 Insurance 266.00 Total 21,519.00
