7) Per drawing E4-02 dated 9/25/98: A. Add one (1) 200amp 3 pole and one (1) 70amp 3 pole breaker in EDPL-23E. B. Delete one (1) 3 pole WOamp breaker in EDPL-23E C. Revise panel ULP-23W and ULP-R from 3 phase 4 wire to 1 phase three wire. D. Add one (1) 50amp 2 pole breaker in panel ELP-23C1. E. Delete two (2) 15amp 1 pole breakers in panel ELP-23C1.

All panels have been delivered and installed with the branch circuitry and feeders. Panel EDPL23-E will have to be replaced in its entirety. All branch and feeder wiring will be removed and then re-installed. Panel ULP23W & R will also have to be replaced. New panels will be provided and re-installed. New breakers will be installed for panel ELP-23C-1.

$17,400,00 Subtotal Electrical Cost $30,165.00 Additional Cut and Patch 2,500.00 Subtotal $32,665.00 General Conditions 2,613.00 Overhead and Fee 2,117.00 Insurance 467,00 Total $37,862.00
