Dear Mr, Pymento:
Attached please find revised change order #16 in the amount of $37,862.00 submitted by Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work.
As per electrical plans dated 9/3/98 and 9/25/98 representing revision changes #3 and #4:
1. On drawing El-23 dated 9/25/98, relocate panel ELP-23N3 in the Ian room. Panel and conduits previously installed. Electrical Cost $3,300.00
2. On drawing E3-01 dated 9/3/98, tap the secondary of the 75KVA transformer and feed a new 200amp switch with shunt trip. This is to redirect the feed to ATS #7 on the roof. Electrical Cost $4,310.00
3. Provide service connection to 208 volt single phase dishwasher per drawing El-23 dated 9/25/9. Electrical Cost $1,740.00 4. Add one (1) fire alarm pull station. Electrical Cost $ 950.00
5. Upgrade wiring to dimming panel from new breaker in panel EDPL-23E fed by a 70 amp breaker. Electrical Cost $1,825.00
