10. Frequency transient deviation shall be 12 percent maximum deviation from rated generator terminal frequency on one step application or full load t either 0.8 or 1.0 power factor when generator is driven by diesel engine.

11. Voltage and frequency transient recovery time shall be 10 seconds maximum for one step application or removal of full load at either 0.8 or 1.0 power factor from the time the generator terminal voltage and frequency leaves the respective regulation limits, to the time the generator terminal voltage and frequency recovers within respective regulation limits when generator is driven by diesel engine.

D. Submit sufficient data regarding emissions of contaminants, noise levels and other pertinent data, as required to demonstrate compliance with all applicable criteria, regarding environmental pollution, of the State Department of Environmental Conservation and all agencies having jurisdiction.

E. The engine of each generating set shall be supplied with all appurtenances necessary for operation including the following

1. Integrally factory mounted oil pump and other equipment and appurtenances as required, for a self-contained replaceable filter, full pressure type, lubricating oil system.

2. Integrally factory mounted battery, relays, electric cranking motor, battery charging generator, and other equipment and appurtenances as required for self- contained automatic electric starting in response to the closing of a contact in a two wire control circuit extension from the generator set (external cranking circuit). If the battery cannot be factory mounted on the base, it shall be provided complete with floor mounted battery rack of size and type suitable for the space conations within the generator room. Include all required field wiring. The battery shall be of adequate capacity to provide for 60 seconds of continuous cranking with an ambient room temperature of 32°F.

3. Integrally mounted engine driven fuel pump complete with prefilter ahead of the pump and standard filter after the pump. The pump shall be sized so as to be compatible with the fueling system. Include water separator system.

4. Integrally mounted, electric motor driven, air- cooled fuel oil cooler, complete with electric supply tapped from generator control panel. Radiator cooled unit will not be acceptable unless manufacturer certifies that radiator has been sized to accommodate this additional load. Cooler shall limit maximum engine fuel inlet temperature to 130°F with engine running continuously at full load.
