1. Manhole No. 1 should be chamber and manhole No. 2 should be pressure relief manhole.
2. Show the distances between the proposed manhole No. 1 and the existing man hole, and between the existing manhole and the outer wall of the tunnel. Al so show the length of the existing 4’-0" X 2’-8" sewer being replaced.
3. Show as to what is under the concrete cradle of the proposed 30" R.C.P. Sewer.
Submit details of support for the proposed 12" and 30" water mains and other existing electric conduits, telephone conduits and gas main etc. Show the vertical clearance between the the bottom of the proposed 36" water main and top of proposed 24" R.C.P. sewer at their crossing. Also one of the existing electric conduit is in very close proximity of the proposed man hole No. 2.
5. Show details of R.C. Collar.
Please submit three (3) sets of corrected plans revised in accordance with the above comments and those marked in red on the enclosed set of plans for our re view and approval.
