This is in reply to your submittal of drawings with a letter dated April 29, 1985 for the above referenced project. Your submitted drawings have been reviewed and are hereby approved. Include the attached addendum #1 in your contract documents. A copy of the contract drawings stamped "Approved" is enclosed herwith for your records.
Please notify Mr. Glen E. Vogel, P.E., Chief, Division of Sewer Construction, 40 Worth Street, New York, NY 10013, fifteen (15) days before commencing construction in writing. After completion of work, submit one (1) set of as-built drawings on three (3) Mils Mylar for our files.
