SUBJECT: NORTH ACCESS CONNECTION, lOTH AVENUE TUNNEL AMTRAK, BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN
Seelye Stevenson & Knecht, Engineers and Planners, have submitted plans with a letter dated November 10, 1983 for the above referenced project. The plans show re placement of a portion of existing 4'-0" X 2’-8" brick egg shaped sewer in 10th Avenue with a 30" R.C.P. class III sewer.
Enclosed is a set of plans and hydraulic computations. Please check if the proposed sewer has the same capacity as the existing sewer and relate your comments to this office as early as possible so that we can process the review of this project.
