SUBJECT: WESTSIDE CONNECTION PROJECT, NORTH ACCESS TUNNEL, W. 33RD STREET TO W. 38TH STREET, BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN

Amtrak has submitted the 60% submission drawings for the above referenced project with a letter dated April 6, 1987. Find enclosed a set of drawings and hydraulic computations for the siphon. It is our understanding that hydraulic computations for the gravity sewer re­ routing were directly given to your office by Amtrak. Please review the hydraulics of the proposal and relate your comments to this office at the earliest possible.
