This is in reply to '^ur stibmission of three (3) copies of revised Drawing No. D-6 with a letter dated March 13, 1989 regarding the above referenced project. ' 1^' Your submitted drawing has been reviewed by this department and is hereby approved. A copy of the drawing stamped "Approved" is enclosed herewith for your records. ;; If
Please advise Mr. Carlton Hinds, P.E., Chief, Construction Inspection Section, Offide of the Chief Engineer, 40 Worth Street, New York, NY 10013, Telephone If (212) 566-3333, J ' at least fifteen (IS) days before commencing construction. After completion of work, submit one (1) set of as-built drawings on three (3) mils mylar for our records.
