-2- With this in mind a scheme was developed which included the following:
1) A new special "L" shaped manhole would be constructed on the sewer at the north building line in place of proposed Manhole No. 3 Special attention would be given to the existing tele phone ducts which may require partial relocation.
2) A new manhole would be constructed on the sewer at the transition to the special 3’-6" X 2’-4" Cast Iron Section located approximately 3.5 feet south of the south curbline.
3) The two catch basin cleanout manholes wou<|4 be abandoned or removed as required. Two new catch basins should replace the corner Granite Head inlets. These basins would be connected directly to !fche.mew manholes described in 1 and 2.
4) Between the two manholes described in 1 and 2 the sewer will be re placed with a 36" Ductile Iron Pipe.
There are also several other modifications marked in red on the enclosed set of plans.
We are also furnishing a copy of our standard specifications for your information.
