I arrived at the premise at 12:55 pm. Eagle scaffolding - erect platforms in various shafts, loading out boxes to ATC trailer on 1®* floor.

I proceeded to the decon on 3"'' floor, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area. One worker was present for the decon maintenance. Negative air pressure was -0.028. I used the C stairwell to proceed to the 2"“ floor.

2'"' Floor - 18 Asbestos Handlers were found on the floor in the process of: scraping, washing and cleaning the ceilings, walls, beams, and columns of the area 10 - Atrium Area, preparing the area for TRC visual inspection. At the north/west side area inside the west shaft workers were cutting air duct using equipment equipped with HEPA vacuum, spraying around the area with amended water. Workers on the floor were sweeping the floor using equipment equipped with HEPA filters, placing debris into the boxes; Inspecting and covering electrical panel with plastic. Others were replacing filters of micro trap machines, preparing and loading out boxes. 30 sealed Gaylord boxes were on the floor, sprayed and ready for load out. 22 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents. 1 used the stairs to proceed to the V floor.

1®* Floor - 66 workers were on the floor. Eagle scaffolding workers were erecting the scaffolds inside the east and west2 shafts. Asbestos Handlers were washing, cleaning and plasticizing the ceilings and floors on mezzanine and lower level of the area 1, sweeping the floor using wet-dry shop HEPA vacuum, picking up debris, placing into the boxes. At the former computer room workers on ladder were cutting and removing metal panels attached to the columns. Others were: wrapping beams with poly, cutting metal into the pieces, preparing and loading out boxes through the north side waste decon. 50 Gaylord boxes were ready for load out. Inspection was done on micro trap machines and tents. I observed that two micro trap machines at the north side of the work area were without power. I took the photos and advised Handler Supervisor that negative pressure ventilation equipment shall be inspected periodically. He connected the power cord of the micro traps immediately.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and used south hoist to return to the ground floor. Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
