Mqr. /TRC Environmental 1:20 pm -2:20 pm ( V*. 2"^ 3^^ & 4”’floor) 1 arrived at 8:00 am at 130 Liberty Street for 5'" floor visual inspection. Because of high wind, DOB canceled working above 75’ height.

On the P' floor, I enters from the remote decontamination system, suits up, dons respirator, enters to the containment and met Mr. Jorge Sandoval, foreman. There were 20 people working on the floor. They were demolishing partition walls, spraying amended water on the debris, boxing debris, preparing Gaylord boxes, replacing Air filters, cutting metals into pieces with HEPA vacuum attached to the power tool and in the decontamination system. Seven (7) Gaylord boxes piled on the floor ready to be load out. Negative Air pressure was -0.030.1 found no water to clean rubber shoes near stair B. 1 told foreman to put that and he did it. I used stair B to go to 2"*’ floor.

On the 2"“’ floor, 1 met Mr. Jose Jimenez, .supervisor. There were 32 people working on the floor. They were erecting platform in the east side, demolishing ducts and walls, spraying amended water on the debris, boxing debris, preparing Gaylord boxes and cutting metals into pieces with HEPA vacuum attached to the power tool. Six (6) (.lavlord boxes and number of poly wrapped beams were on the floor ready to be load out. I used stair B to go to 3'*^ floor.

On the 3“* floor, I met Mr. Geraldo, supervisor. There were 27 people working on the floor. They were demolishing partition walls and cutting ducts with HEPA vacuum attached to the power tool. Eagle putting platform across shaft area, preparing Gaylord boxes, spraying amended water on the debris and boxing it and cutting metals into pieces with HEPA vacuum attached. Seventeen (17) Gaylord boxes and numerous poly wrapped beams piled on the floor ready to be load out. 1 used stair B to go to 4*’’ floor.

On the 4"’ floor, Nobody was working on the floor. An inspection was done on the micro trap machines and micro trap tents - Air pumps were on. Five (5) Gaylord boxes were on the floor ready to be load out. I used stair B to back to P' floor remote decontamination area, decontaminated myself, signed the log book and exited out. My observation was discussed with LVI and ATC personal.
