r World Trade Center Emergency Response Inspections conducted on September 25,2001 - Carlstien Lutchmedial 100 Church Street -Pecunies, Rogak and myself met the Chief Engineer. He said that they were still taking bids for the job. We inspected the 2”** floor and observed that it was in they same condition as last week. He did not know when the clean up would start.

40 Rector Street - Met with Joe Kelleher. He said that the building was without power because Con Ed was in the process of converting from temporary power to permanent power. This would take all day. Inspection of some of the floors revealed that there was no power. I also spoke to Scott Furman the attorney for the building. He said that they have done TEM’s on the lobby, 16“', and 18“’ floors. However, by Friday 28“*, 2001 they should have completed TEM throughout the entire building. We also discussed the tracking of debris into the lobby. Furman agreed to place a heavy duty industrial carpet so that tracked debris will be removed from footwear.

4 World Financial Center- met with John Martens of Merrill Lynch Corporate services (212) 449-0370. He said that Pinnacle was hired to do the clean up and Weston to do air monitoring. No one was working at this time.

3 World Financial Center - Met with Joe Fontana the security manager. He said that the got a positive sample on the 23 floor. The other floors were negative. However, they were still doing more test. I later met with Mike Foley the environmental manager (212) 972 -0651.

2 World Financial Center - met with Wojciech Olsewski # 80793 a handler supervisor. At this time they were cleaning the lobby of the building. This had been requested by DOH because of the large amounts of rotted food that was in the cafeteria. GPS was the 3”* party air monitor on site.

90 West Street - all windows blown out. Building is unoccupied.

85 West Street - Marriott Hotel at this time LVI’s, Judy A. Gilbert was on site with the Building Manager. They have planed for now, to start the clean up tomorrow. The entire building is scheduled to be cleaned as ACM contaminated. At this time they building was vacated and had no power.

53 Park Place - only a security guard was at the front desk. He was given information to pass on to management.

75 West Street - Building with major damage. Abandoned at this time.

99 Washington St. - This a parking lot with 70 cars at this time. There is heavy debris accumulations on every surface. The manager Juan Acevedo and another employee were washing the cars at this time. They are not asbestos workers. This work is being done as a regular car wash operation.

30 West Broadway - building has some structural damage. No one in building at this time.
