Scope of work:

All areas denoted on Hillman Environmental drawings showed asbestos containing dust and debris above one percent by weight All other areas showed trace amounts or none detected. A large remote showering unit will be set up on the 10th floor as it is easily accessible from all floors via the stairwell. This area will be procleaned prior to placement of the decontamination unit. All denoted areas will be cleaned as an asbestos abatement project in ·accordance with all the applicable regulations of N. Y.S. Industrial Code Rule 56 and N. Y.C. Title 1S. All other areas of the building with light dust will be cleaned by others using HEPA vacuums and wet wiping methodology. Isolation barriers will be erected as neceslary and/or appropriate. Barriers will be constructed oftwo layers of six·mil polyethylene sheeting. All areas adjacent to the work areas will be unoccupied for the duration of the project HB.P.A filtered air filtration units will be act up in all areas to constantly filter the air and stop the asbestos fibers from entering wte0ntaminated portions of the space. We will clean all work areas and all contents using H.E.P.A. vacuuming and wet wiping methodoloSY. All ubestos containing debris will be double bagged in 6 mil polyethylene asbestos bags md transported to a D.E.C. approved disposal site. A copy of the landfill waste manifest will be mailed to the owners upon our receipt.

The building has contracted Hillman Environmental as the independent third party consultant laboratory to perfonn air testing in confomiance with New York City and State Law.

All workers will have all neceswy and required New York State, New York City and Federal licensing for their respective duties on the asbestos abatement project includins but not limited to asbestos supervisor, asbestos handler and ubestos project designer. Please call me with any questions.
