13. The cleaned items will be stored in their existing offices. Each office will be . sealed umil test results are known. A random air test will be collected in these individual offices.

14. MARCOR will clean all of the hardware smfac:es in the offices by HEPA vacuuming and wet-wiping ~e smfaces.. Careful attention will be given to replacing the tagS used in the wep-wipe process. The interior of the desk drawers and cabinets will be opened and cleaned as well Any papers or files will be disguarded as asbestos waste, assuming all paper goods that needed to be saved were removed during phase 1 'abatement. This housekeeping method will provide a mechanism to ensure the removal of any dispersed asbestos fibers.

15. Once all ofthe interior office 1Umiture, cabinets, and other articles have been clei.ned, tested, and sealed in each individual office, the airlock to the individual offices will be sealed. Evecytbing in the office that was cleaned shall remain in the sealed offices until the building swfaces in the outer office are cleaned.

16. The office will be cleaned by HEPA vacm•ming and we-wiping non-porous smfaces. The Acoustical ceiling tiles will remain in place, they will be HEPA vacuumed and the grid will be wet-wiped (ceiling will not be breached for any reason). The perimeter offices will be cleaned first and the worlc will progtess tow&:rd the interior spaces. If the test results are within normal limits, the offices can be unsealed.

19. A bmier will be established in front of the cleaning chamber. The last dcconbttnbJation chamber will be used as the airlock to enter the containment, remove 1he platic sheeting, and decontaminate the remaining portion of the office. The containment area will be placed under negative air pressure during the process of removing the plastic sheeting. wood framing from the temporary walls, and cleaning this area of the office.

20. Again, final aggressive air monitoring will be performed before removing the last batrier and airlock in the office. The test results will meet the AfJERA criteria of less than 70 structures of asbestos fibers per cubic centimeter of air.
