17. The perimeter offices will be cleaned first and the work will progress toward the interior spaces. Once the entire office has been cleaned, a third party will visually inspect the entire office space, to ensure that no visible debris will be found.

18. Aggressive air monitoring will be performed throughout the office spaces. Test results will meet the AHERA clearance criteria. If the test results are within normal limits, the offices can be unsealed.

19. A barrier will be established in front of the cleaning chamber. The last decontamination chamber will be used as the airlock to enter the containment, remove the plastic sheeting, and decontaminate the remaining portion of the t ffice. The containment area will be placed under negative air pressure during the process of removing the plastic sheeting, wood framing from the temporary walls, and cleaning this area of the office.

20. Again, final aggressive air monitoring will be performed before removing the last barrier and airlock in the office. The test results will meet the AHERA criteria of less than 70 structures of asbestos fibers per cubic centimeter of air.
