17. The perimeter offices will be cleaned first and the work will progress toward the interior spaces. Once the entire office has been cleaned, a third party will visually inspect the entire office space, to ensure that no visible debris will be found.
18. Aggressive air monitoring will be perfonned throughout the office spaces. Test results will meet the AHERA clearance criteria. If the test results are within normal limits, the offices can be unsealed.

20. Again, final aggressive air monitoring will be performed before removing the last barrier and airlock in the office. The test results will meet the AHERA criteria of less than 70 structures of asbestos fibers per cubic centimeter of air.
