Dear Amy. After reading Kathleen Moore's comments. I would like to add one more. Residentia! and commercial spaces in this neighborhood are connected not only because they are next door to each other or across the straet but in the same building. 125 Cedar has a commercial space on the ground floor as do many (if not most) restdantial buildings downtown. Therefore, if the EPA Is net Cleaning commercial spaces, then there will be a large uncleaned space within most residential buildings, Given that the residential a.nd commercial spaces often snare elevators and HVAC systems, recontamination is unavoidable.
