FEB 1 0 233? Ms. Sally Francomb 25 Leonard Street New York, NY 10013

RE: 25 Leonard Street Condominiums

Dear Ms. Francomb:

This is in follow-up to your request to participate in EPA's Indoor Air Residential Assistance - World Trade Center Dust Clean-up Program.

We are in the process of scheduling common space cleaning and/or testing, and heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) and exhaust system evaluations and would like to begin work in your building. To proceed we request that you sign and return the attached (don't know the right name) access agreement to EPA by February 27, 2003. Failure to return a valid signed agreement will be considered a withdrawal of your request.

For your review, we have also included the agreement that will need to be signed to conduct HVAC or exhaust system cleaning within your building. This will only be performed if the HVAC evaluation indicates cleaning is warranted. It is not necessary to return this agreement yet, but we request that you become familiar with its contents and contact us if you have any questions.

Please feel free to contact me at (212) 637-3121 or Arlene R. Anderson at (212) 637-3146 if you have any questions. We look forward to your cooperation. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Mr.ePat vangelis Nl'C Response and Recovery Operations
