Dear Mr. Davis,
Enclosed please find a chart for the air sampling and cleaning conducted at 70 Battery Place. The NIOSH 7400 method was used for the sampling and the Department of Health standards were followed for the cleaning (NYC Health flyer enclosed). Enviro Techniques was the Lab providing the results on the sampling (several examples enclosed). D.R.D.C., a licensed asbestos abatement company, was used for most of the apartment cleaning.
The following is a list of common arrears, which were also addressed:
