1. No hoists, cranes, or cement chutes are anticipated for this project. None are
referenced in the work plan. Specific requirements of the NYCDEP variance
approval process have been addressed directly with NYCDEP, and
documentation of those communications are included in Attachment II to the
Work Plan. As is stated in the work plan, all interior materials are to be
removed from the building. Further detail on COPC abatement has been added
to the work plan.
2. The work plan has been numbered, and includes a table of contents.
3. Details on water capture, storage, characterization and disposal have been
included in the work plan, and the Waste Management Plan (7.1).
4. The requested information is included as Attachment II to the work plan.
5. The owner's Community Air Monitoring Plan has been presented to the NYC
DOE. Any additional monitoring conducted by the NYC DOE within their
own space for their own purposes has been agreed to be the responsibility of
the NYC DOE. Additional information related to the monitoring of potential
communicating openings the building at 125-129 Greenwich Street is
included in Part II of the submittal (ECAMP).
