Thank you for your August 4, 2005 letter transmitting USEPA comments on our submittals for
the decontamination and deconstruction of the above-referenced buildings. The attached
responses are ordered and numbered to match the comments you have provided. The attached
re-submittal documents have been re-formatted into one document with four parts, as follows:
Part I: Project Work Plan
Part II: Environmental Community Air Monitoring Plan
Part III: Health & Safety Plan
Part IV: Waste Management Plan
From the outset of this process we have been cooperative, and in the instant case we have
accepted every comment the USEPA has presented. It is our hope that our demonstration of
good faith, and our willingness to address the needs of the Regulators and the community will
be met by a prompt review and an "Approved as Noted" response.
