The attached re-submittal has been re-formatted as one document with four
parts as follows:
Part I: Project Work Plan
Part II: Environmental Community Air Monitoring Plan
Part III: Health & Safety Plan
Part IV: Waste Management Plan
2. The Community Air Monitoring Plan is numbered and contains a table of
contents.
3. Monitoring of potential impact to neighboring buildings is addressed in the
revised Environmental Community Air Monitoring Plan in Section 1.3.
Planning for specific mechanical adjustments to the school is addressed in the
Attachment II to the Work Plan.
4. A Quality Assurance Project Plan is included in the Community Air
Monitoring Plan (Attachment C).
5. Re-written as noted.
6. The following has been added to this subsection:
"All air monitoring conducted under this plan will be conducted by the
Environmental Consultant's New York State DOL certified air sample technicians
under the supervision of the Environmental Consultant's Certified Industrial
Hygienist (CIH)."
