I arrived at the premise at 2:05 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: Exterior fagade removal on 8*’’ floor, Stair B cleaning 6*^ floor.

I proceeded to the 6'*’ floor; 4 Gaylord boxes were on the floor outside the decon ready to be taken to the ground floor ATC trailer. I entered the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area B stairwell. One worker was present for the decon maintenance. Negative air pressure of the area was -0.033. I used the stairs to proceed to the 4\ 3"^ and the 2"" floors.

4"’, 3"'’ & 2'"' Floors - 14 Asbestos Handlers were found at the B stairwell in the process of covering holes with duct tape, wrapping pipes with plastic, taping the edges and critical barriers, using ladders; fine cleaning and wet wiping the walls and stairs using mops, brushes, rags, sponges, using water and Betco solution to remove the mold, cleaning and vacuuming stairs using wet-dry shop HEPA vacuum.

Using stairs I went back to the 6*^ floor decon.

After decontamination procedure I left the decon and used A stairwell to proceed to the 8"' floor.

8"’ Floor - 5 Gaylord boxes and 5 poly wrapped beams were on the floor ready for load out. 15 workers were present on the floor working on exterior fagade removal. Workers were removing metal panels and glass of the window on the west and south side building, spraying pieces with water and wrapping with poly. Workers were wearing double suits, gloves and PPA. Handler Foreman Abel Salazar informed me that workers were using personal decon located on the 10*^ floor.

I exited the area at 2:50 pm and used south hoist to return to the ground floor.
