I arrived at the premise at 10:25 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: check criticals and micro traps on 1” floor; scrape fireproofing, box out debris on Basement - 1 floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on 1 “ floor. Two workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chambers and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure on the floor was -0.023.

Floor - 10 Asbestos Handlers were working inside the work area, removing flat metal plate and chapping the flashing - mastic at the bottom of the cider block wall of the north and north/west side work area, using crow bars attached to the HEPA vacuum. Workers at the area #5 were jack hammering the floor using crow bars to remove the black tar material from the bottom of the partition wall. Other workers were spraying area with amended water, picking up debris and placing into the boxes. Three Gaylord boxes were sealed and sprayed, ready for load out. 40 micro trap machines were on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

Using the entrance from the first floor I proceeded to the Basement A.

Basement A - 9 Asbestos Handlers were inside the work area preparing boxes, wrapping beams with poly, loading out sealed and sprayed boxes. 8 Gaylord boxes were on the floor ready to be taken out. 12 micro trap machines were powered on and 3 on stand by. Using exit I went back to the V floor decon. After following the decontamination procedure I exited the work area.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
