I entered the premise at 10:20 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: Clear floor, demo & wrap metal, load out on V floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on V'floor. Two workers were present for the decon maintenance organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0.027.

V Floor - 30 workers were present inside the work area. A large amount of debris - cut conduits and beams mixed with metal fixtures - exists on the floor. Asbestos Handlers were cutting metal ducts into the pieces at the various locations, using equipment with HEPA vacuum attached.

Two workers at the north/west side hallway were harnessed in scissor lift; one worker was cutting air duct and another Handler spraying amended water around the area.

Workers at the south side area were wrapping beams with poly. Others were replacing filters of micro trap machines, preparing, wrapping and loading out sealed and sprayed boxes through the north side waste decon. 30 Gaylord boxes were ready for load out. 35 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and left the decon.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
