I arrived at the premise at 11.05 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: clear floor. scrape fireproofing, demo, load out on floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on Y’floor. Three workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chamber and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure on the floor was -0.044.

1®' Floor - 50 Asbestos Handlers were present inside the work area. Workers on scaffolds at the middle of the west and north/west side of the area #5 were scraping fireproofing, spraying with amended water; cutting metal panels from the columns at the west side extended area, using equipment equipped with HEPA filters; workers on scissor lift at the middle west side of the area #5 were cutting air duct, spraying with amended water. On mezzanine workers were cutting metal fixtures from the columns and beams. Others were picking up debris, placing into the boxes using metal shovels, spraying the area with amended water, cleaning the floor from debris, preparing and loading out boxes through the waste decon. 28 Gaylord boxes were on the floor ready for load out. 40 micro trap machines were on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

I observed excess water on the floor between former mechanical room and east side critical barrier, accumulated at three locations. Handler Supervisor was advised, and he directed workers to clear the floor from water. After following the decontamination procedure 1 exited the work area.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
