I arrived at the premise at 11:10 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: clear floor, scrape fireproofing, demo, load out on V* floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on V'floor. Two workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chamber and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure on the floor was -0.031.

1®' Floor - 53 Workers were inside the work area, cutting metal panels from the column using equipment equipped with HEPA vacuum; demolishing the wall of shaft located at the north/west side, spraying with amended water; still scraping the fireproofing at the area #5: cleaning the floor of mezzanine, picking up debris, placing into the boxes; workers on scaffolds at the extended area were scraping the ceilings, vertical and horizontal beams, column. Others were cleaning the floor from debris, washing scaffolds and equipment, spraying the area with amended water, preparing and loading out boxes through the waste decon. 5 Gaylord boxes were on the floor ready for load out. 40 micro trap machines were on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

At the east side of the area I observed that main layer of exhaust duct at the east side area were cut off. I took photos, then Handler Supervisor Victor was advised, he immediately directed workers exhaust ducts were repaired in concern.

After following the decontamination procedure I exited the work area. Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
