I entered the premise at 10:30 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: demo walls, ceilings, ducts on V floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on YVloor. Four workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chambers and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0.028.

1®’ Floor - 83 workers were observed inside the work area. Workers on mezzanines were removing plywood and metal panel from the wall; demolishing the brick wall, cutting metal fixtures and spraying with amended water, breaking down hard drop ceiling, clearing off the floor of mezzanine from debris, spraying with amended water, placing debris into the boxes.

Three workers were working on setting up 11 fire extinguishers at the walls by the entrances and beams on all perimeter of the floor.

Workers inside of former computer room were demolishing an old equipment and installations.

Workers harnessed in scissor lifts were demolishing the drop ceiling, removing tiles from the wall, spraying with amended water. Three workers were observed inside mechanical room plasticizing frames around the engines.

Other workers were: cutting metal into small pieces at the various locations, placing into the boxes and spraying, loading out sealed and sprayed boxes through the north side waste decon. A large amount of debris and poly wrapped beams still exists on the floor.

50 Gaylord boxes were ready for load out. 35 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and left the decon.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
