I entered the premise at 6:10 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: demo walls, ceilings, ducts on V floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on Vfloor. Four workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chambers and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0.038.

1®’ Floor - 75 workers were present inside the work area. I observed workers on mezzanine at the various locations clearing off the floor from debris, spraying with amended water, placing debris into the boxes.

Workers at three locations harnessed in scissor lifts were breaking down the hard drop ceiling, cutting metal fixtures, spraying with amended water. Five workers inside of former mechanical room were cleaning and vacuuming the area, wrapping the electrical cables and elevating them. Workers at the west side hallway and outside of mechanical room were demolishing the brick wall using hammer and spraying around the area with amended water.

Other workers were: cutting metal into small pieces at the various locations, placing into the boxes and spraying; replacing filters of micro trap machines, wrapping beams with poly, loading out sealed and sprayed boxes through the north side waste decon. A large amount of debris and poly wrapped beams still exists on the floor.

60 Gaylord boxes were to be taken out. 35 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and left the decon.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
