I entered the premise at 10:30 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: demo walls, ceilings, ducts on T” floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on Vfloor Four workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chambers and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0.028.

1’* Floor - 78 workers were present inside the work area. Two damaged exhaust ducts, that I observed during my earlier inspection, were repaired. Demolition of the equipments and installations inside the former computer room was not completed, workers were cutting and removing conduit using equipment equipped with HEPA filters.

Workers on mezzanines at the various locations were cutting and removing air ducts, spraying with amended water, placing debris into the boxes.

Workers harnessed in scissor lifts were cutting metal fixtures from the ceiling, spraying with amended water.

Other workers were: cutting metal into small pieces at the various locations, placing into the boxes and spraying; wrapping beams with poly, loading out sealed and sprayed boxes through the north side waste decon. A large amount of debris and poly wrapped beams still exists on the floor.

Still 55 Gaylord boxes were on the floor ready for load out. 35 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and left the decon.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
