I entered the premise at 5:20 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: Clear floor, demo & wrap metal, load out on 1®' floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on 1'floor. Two workers were present for the decon maintenance, organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0. 024.

1" Floor - 34 Asbestos Handlers were inside the work area. Workers were covering holes and pipes with foam and plasticizing the floor with poly near the entrance of east side personal decon. Workers at the east side vestibule were cleaning floor from debris, sweeping with HEPA vacuum. At the north side vestibule three workers were inside the escalator shaft, cleaning the area and plasticizing with poly. At the south/east side of the area near former mechanical room workers were removing metal panels to fill up the holes and trenches with foam, then to cover with poly.

Others were plasticizing the edges, hallways at the south side area, preparing, wrapping and loading out sealed and sprayed boxes through the north side waste decon. 13Gaylord boxes were ready for load out. 35 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by.
