Mgr/TRC Environmental 22:15 pm to 23:10 pm

I arrived at the premise at 22:15 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: clear floor, scrape fireproofing, demo, load out on V* floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on r'floor. Three workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chamber and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure on the floor was -0.041.

1®* Floor - 49 Asbestos Handlers were found inside the work area. Workers harnessed in two scissor lifts were cutting air ducts using equipment equipped with HEPA filters, spraying the area with amended water. Workers harnessed on scaffolds at the west side of the area #5 were scraping fireproofing. Others were spraying the areas with amended water, picking up debris using metal shovels, placing into the boxes, cleaning the floor from debris, replacing filters, covering electrical panel, repairing the exhaust duct at the east side work area, wrapping debris, preparing and loading out boxes through the north side waste decon. 32 Gaylord boxes were on the floor ready for load out. 40 micro trap machines were on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

After following the decontamination procedure I exited the work area.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
