1 entered the premise at 10:30 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: Clear floor, demo & wrap metal, load out on 1 floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on fVloor. Two workers were present for the decon maintenance, organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0. 039.

1®' Floor - 30 Asbestos Handlers were inside the work area. Workers at the north/west side area were in the process of picking up debris from the floor, placing into the boxes, cleaning the floor using mops. At the north side near the decon workers were HEPA vacuuming excessive water accumulation, drying the floor at the north/east side area using cloths, mops and other cleaning aids. Workers were observed at the west side near former electrical room filling holes and ditches with concrete, filling up the holes from pipes to the basement with foam, plasticizing the edges at the east side beams, plasticizing the floor at the west side vestibule.

Others were preparing, wrapping and loading out sealed and sprayed boxes through the north side waste decon. 30Gaylord boxes were ready for load out. 35 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

I observed that Asbestos Handler, who identified himself as Sean, was not wearing hood while working - clearing the floor from debris. I took the photo and advised him to wear suit appropriately. Worker immediately covered head with hood.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and left the decon. Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
