Mgr/TRC Environmental 6:20 pm to 7:05 pm

I arrived at the premise at 6:20 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: clear floor, scrape fireproofing, demo, load out on V'floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on Y'floor. Two workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning shower chamber and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure on the floor was -0.023.

r' Floor - 53 Asbestos Handlers were inside the work area, picking up debris on mezzanine of the area #5, cleaning the floor, scraping fireproofing at the extended area. At the north/west side vestibule workers were on scaffolds scraping horizontal and vertical beams, spraying the area with amended water. Others were cleaning the floor from debris, preparing and loading out boxes through the waste decon. 24 Gaylord boxes were on the floor ready for load out. Inspection was done on micro trap machines and tents.

At the east and north side of the work area I observed that 22 micro trap machines were without electrical power. 1 took photos, and then met LVI Supervisor Charlie, who informed me that power went off recently and electricians were coming inside to inspect and repair north side electrical panel, which was cut off.

After following the decontamination procedure I exited the work area. I met with Rocco - LVI Supervisor and Victor Quizphi Project manager of TRC at the LVI office to discuss the findings of the inspection. Negative air pressure on I®* floor was -0.021. LVI Supervisor Rocco contacted Handler Supervisor on V floor Rick, who confirmed that electricians were still working on electrical panel.

Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
