CosenKni Associates LLP ConsulKng Engineers 6. This change is due to minor room changes and associated switching.

7. All the changes to panelboards are made during shop drawing review to save UPS on roof and higher loads associated with dimmer panel. Removal and replacement of panels and associated work is not justified until the contractor’s submits information required by our shop drawing comments. The panelboards shop drawing was approved as noted. We have not received respohse to our comment on shop drawing and also the memo to Ambassador dated August 12,1998.

The cost associated with each item can not be reviewed without sufficient backup and breakdown of costs. The amounts listed seem high.

Very truly yours,

COSENTINI ASSOCIATES LLP
