We are pleased to submit herewith our change order #077 to perform the following work at the above referenced premises for the sum of TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS ($24,274.00):
SCOPE OF WORK - Furnish and install two (2) aluminum dam closures where new panel walls abut existing wall system. - Remove existing louver and install continuous flashing and re-install louvers, - Furnish and install all aluminum drip pan @ back concrete curb. Panel & Flashing Work $20,942.00 General Conditions 1,675.00 Overhead & Fee 1,357.00 Insurance 300.00 Total $24,274.00 NOTE; Additional flashing details as per Swanke Hayden Connell’s office sketches 52 and 52A dated 1/29/99 attached.
