Dear Mr. Mejia:

The following is our explanation to the change order #016 items listed in the Ambassador Construction Co., Inc. letter dated October 15, 1998.

1. Panel location was revised to provide space for fixture equipment at Owner’s request. inllili fft

The fused switch was added to provide increased power requirement to UPS on the roof. This switch did not call for shunt trip originally.

Dishwasher power wiring was revised due to increased power requirement.

4. Added (1) pull station to comply with Port Authority comment, we deleted two (2) breakglass stations. Credit should be given for deleted items.

5. Upgrade of dimmer panel wiring is required due to higher power rating of the actual dimming panel.
