Re; Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management 7 World Trade Center Change Order #088 Amb. Job #557-5175

Dear Mr. Weems;

We are pleased to submit herewith our change order #088 to perform the following work at the above referenced premises for the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($120,957.00);

We have carefully surveyed the new fuel oil piping route as per the following;

• The eight inch conduit which will carry the 1 1/4" supply, return and overflow pipe, will run through the second floor machine room corridor into the building communications room and above the lobby ceiling to the fuel oil tank room.

• In order for this work to be done, building ductwork must be removed and re-routed. Also other electrical piping will have to be relocated. The double door for the communications room will be removed and replaced by a single door.

• The ceiling lobby sheetrock ceiling will be removed and replaced after the piping is installed.

• The lobby area in front of the handicap elevators will have scaffolding so the different trades can work while we keep the elevators operational.

• All work is to be performed on normal working hours, except for the scaffolding work. There is no overtime included in the other costs.
