In reply to-your submittal of 95% plans with a letter dated November 28, 1983 on the above referenced project, please be advised that the comments of this department have already been related to the Consultant, Seelye Stevenson Value & Knecht, Inc. with a letter dated November 23, 1983. A copy of the letter is attached for,your reference.
