Dear Sir: •saaslisaiaiiOiftiaiBsMaiiiiKsilK^ This is in reply to your letter dated July 9, 1986 with which you submitted one (U set of plans for the above referenced project and a subsequent meeting held on July 18., 1986.

The plans submitted by you show that relocation of the combined sewers in 33rd and 34th Streets along 11th Avenue will be' required. These plans indicate the use of a siphon ■ to accomplish this relocation. As was mentioned in the meeting held on July 18, 1986, the concept of using siphon or pumping station is not acceptable to this department. Other means such as rerouting Of the affected outfall sewers should be investigated. . :.Z This submission should be made In the P.D. format.
