Method of Cleaning
Our industrial central vacuum cleaning system (mobile) is the best system on the market for cleaning both the exterior and interior of the buildings at the W.T.C. site. Through the closed pipe system, the dust-laden air is removed entirely from the working area, to the central system where the dust is separated from the area through a Simatek pulse-jet filter.
The high vacuum makes it possible to install several himdred meters of pipes in one system and to collect and convey even heavy materials such as cement, steel, sand, glass, iron cuttings, process waste, etc.
There are 80 installations operating, collecting 100% of the following.

Select a group of four adjacent buildings and allocate three mobile vacuum units to each building. Two for exterior cleaning and one for interior cleaning, each capable of handling up to three 5” suction lines with a range of 900 feet. The operators will start at the top and vacuum to the bottom, material is collected through the vacuum filter systems preventing any particulate fi-om returning to the atmosphere into a collection dumpster. The units will be relocated as required to completely clean the building.
After vacuum cleaning the existing ductwork in the buildings, install ADM units in the ductwork to ensure continued clean air.
Procedure: Prior to cleaning each building the company’s engineering staff will determine the best method for cleaning that building.
