Priority Issues and Projects
CEQR Technical Manual: Marcelyn Anhouse is expected to sign the Technical Manual revision this week, and is scheduled to begin work Consultant contract for the on March 1. A meeting is scheduled for March 1 with DC!' and DOT to discuss DOT's proposed Scope of Services for its consultant contract. DEP expects to have retained its consultants by March 15. Other work on Phase I tasks is proceeding on schedule. A copy of the minutes of the February 14 large task force meeting is attached for your convenient review; the next meeting of the large task force will take place on March 28.
Priority Projects List• The Priority Projects List and cover memo was last week, and we are awaiting advice on whether any of the listed submitted to D/M Lhota projects should be elevated to Mayoral priorities. We are continuing to have conversations with various agencies about CEQR, when it applies, and the obligations of a lead agency.
