Therefore, we are looking to you to talk to Kenny about this as soon as possible. Having said that we - OEM, MOEC, DQH and DEP staff - need to brief you on the latest status of the issues, including the WTC cars, exteriors, and contaminants I of concern. We will be glad to come see you to give you a quick update. The urgency of this matter is not only to give every body clear direction, but we have been directed by Intergovernmental that the agencies should testify at Sheldon Silver's Assembly hearing on April i2th. Therefore, our respective roles need to be made Clear, or EPA may once again, jump ahead of themselves and us.
