Priority Issues and Projects
CEOR. Technical Manual. MOEC is in the process of evaluating the proposals received from consultants for the Technical Manual revision contract. Work on updating the twenty sections of the CEQR Technical Manual is proceeding. Mary Keating is scheduling meetings with the primary agency contacts for revision of each chapter in order to verify accuracy of technical content, identify issues and keep the project on schedule. On January 29, Mary met with Rich Miller of EDC (the primary contact for the Energy chapter) to discuss timeframes and issues; he has promised a draft of the Energy chapter by March 1. The Energy Chapter will be distributed and discussed at a meeting of the full Task Force scheduled for March 15.
