FEMA requests meeting regarding permits and the demolition of WTC

Update; e-mail from Tranter: I am trying to schedule this meeting this week, Wednesday t 2 pm.

Goal; Identify the project review board processes among individual agencies, determine who has primary responsibility for each permit, and address SEQR/NEPA requirements in order to bring these into the project early and avoid a duplicated effort.
