Update: Tranter hasn’t responded yet. As per Geri Kelpin, since this is an ordered demolition to coirect a extremely dangerous situation, DEP will not require pennits. Furthennore, since the WTC is a .state facility. City permits were not typically' applied for.

Counter-terrorism Taskforce meeting. NYPD requests DEP to attend a counter-terrorism task-force meeting on Tuesday at 3:30 PM, Pier 92 conference room. Til find out the details of die meeting and report back.
