Dust Control
It was reported that, due to the high winds this morning, dust was a problem. However,
the contractors now have the responsibility for dust suppression .and as of this afternoon,
the dust condition has improved with the addition of contractor resources.
On-site accidents
There have been a number of near misses on the Job site. It was requested that all
entering the site ware proper PPE.
Personal Monitoring
OSHA had reportred that results of personal monitoring that indicated CO levels above
150 ppm and asbestos at >0.01,

Reopening of Libertyu Plaza scheduled for 10/22,
Debris loads
It was reported that tracks have been observed traveling down Murray St without being
tarpped. DEC reported that they obseiwed the same condition and pulled the ID of two
truckers for such violations.
It was also reported that some loads are so hot that they continue to burn in the back of
the dump truck, FD considering stationing a pumper mid-way on the SI expressway.
Commissioner’s Order - Personal and vehicle w ashing
