Having said that we - OEM, MOEC, DQH and OEP staff - need tn brief you on the latest status of the issues, including the WTC cars, exteriors, and contaminants of concern. We will be glad to come see you to give you a quick update. The urgency of this matter is not only to give every body clear direction, but we have been directed by Intergovernmental that the agencies should testify at Sheldon Silver's Assembly hearing on April l2tn. Therefore, our respective roles need to be made clear, or EPA may once again. jump ahead of themselves and us.
