INSPECTION DISCLOSED: Saturday 11/23/02: Ireneusz Womoczyl,89339 and 6 handlers of Trio and Edman Dibra, AH 01-12337 of Warren&Panzer arrived on site. A decontamination unit was erected at elevator mechanical room at the roof level and handlers began washing the gravel from the west side. Sunday 11/24/02: No work scheduled due to building management's policy of no roof work on Sundays. Monday 11/25/02:Ireneusz and 6 handlers & John H. Boyd, AH 90-05530 of Warren&Panzer were on site and roof gravel washing continues. Tuesday 11/26/02: Ireneusz Womoczyl and 7 handlers & Idris Idowu, AH 02-11201 of Warren&Panzer were on site. Gravel washing on roof continues. Wednesday 11/27/02: Ireneusz & 7 handlers and John Burgees, AH 97-11398 of W&P on site. Roof gravel washing continues. Thursday 11/28102: Thanksgiving Day- No work scheduled. Friday 11/29/02: Ireneusz & 6 handlers and John Boyd of W&P on site. It was a very cold day. Visual inspection revealed that several spots of gravel requires re-cleaning. Gravel was settled and frozen and was difficult to showel. Despite the cold washing continued. Saturday 11/30/02: No work was scheduled due to drop in temperature. Sunday 12/01/02: Ireneusz & 8 handlers of Trio and Edman Dibra of W&P were on site. Gravel washing continued at south east section of the roof. Monday 12/02/02: Ireneusz & 6 handlers of Trio and John Burgees of W&P were on site. Gravel washing of several spots previously identified for re-washing completed and waste bags were transported to the courtyard. The area where waste bags were stored needed cleaning and will be done tomorrow. Waste bags were loaded in to ATC waste hauling truck. Tuesday 12/03/02: Ireneusz & 6 handlers of Trio and Dipo Elemo, AH 01-14694 of W&P were on site. Gravel washing of a spot was done on roof and a decontamination unit was erected at the courtyard for soil remval. The courtyard perimeter fence railings were plasticized. Removal of soil at court yard began by removing 2" of soil. It was a very cold day and the ground was frozen as the day progresses. 90% of the cortyard soil removal completed and south east corner and between paving blocks ice was formed and the work was stopped for another day. Friday 12/13/02: Ireneusz & 6 handlers of Trio and Festy of W&P were on site for the remainder of soil removal at the courtyard. Soil removal and cleaning between the paving blocks completed at the end of the day. Waste bags were transported by the ATC truck.
